Ailsa Court, 121 West Regent Street, Glasgow involved the construction of high quality office space behind a retained façade. The accommodation was split over 5 floors and included a central atrium clad in marble, a glass wall climber lift, full air conditioning and parking for 10 cars.

44/46 West George Street, Glasgow was completely destroyed by fire in November, 1991 and was then comprehensively redeveloped with works beginning in July, 1993. The building was developed as a 65 bedroom five star hotel complete with pub/restaurant on Ground and Basement floors.
